WARRANTY PROCESS & CLAIMS

Our technician has diagnosed your appliance, this is what happens next:

  1. We contact your vendor with all the issue(s) found and we assess the diagnosis, cost, and parts (if parts are needed).

  2. The warranty company has anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to assess the claim.

  3. Based on the age of the appliance, condition, and issue the warranty company can approve, deny, or recommend.

  4. Once we receive the decision from the warranty company, we will contact you. This process can take anywhere from 48 – 72 hours.

IF YOUR CLAIM IS APPROVED

Approved - If your claim is approved, we will contact you to set a time for our next appointment, at which time we will be repairing your appliance.

Please note the time and date of the appointment are dependent on PART (S) availability. We will inform you how long it will take to get the part in, at which point we may have to re-arrange the appointment. If the part arrives sooner, then we will call you as well.

IF YOUR CLAIM IS DENIED

Denied - If your claim is denied, the warranty company will contact you with details. However, we will still call you to give you any details the warranty company shared with us. At times, this information is extremely limited. In any case, if you still want to move forward with the repair, we offer discounts to warranty customers for repairs that need to be conducted.


It is our pleasure to serve you and your appliances. Please note, even under the best circumstance installations and repair can take up to two weeks depending on approval, parts, and appointments. We appreciate your patience in this regard, and we welcome you to contact us in any of the communication portals we have provided.

GROUPON CUSTOMERS AND SCHEDULING

If you purchased a Groupon service call, please follow the below steps:

  • Let us know when you purchased the Groupon

  • What Zip Code you are calling from. Please note that the service call only applies to the city limits in which you live. 

  • If you live outside of the city limits, an additional travel charge will be added to the service call.

  • What type of appliance and make you are wanting to be repaired.

  • When was the last time it was serviced and maintained

  • Same day service is not available.

  • Give us at least two available times to be able to schedule you accordingly!

  • Once the technician diagnosis your appliance and is in need for additional repairs, our customer service department will call you within 24 hours with a full quote and timeline for your appliance repair.
